Scientific, Multitrip and Econolog

With the Scientific, Multitrip and Econolog multi-use loggers there are three starting and stopping options to choose from:

• Temprecord for Windows allows you to start and stop the logger. The logger is placed in the reader and Program/Start Logger or Program/Stop Logger selected. The red LED will flash four times to confirm the operation.
• You can program the logger to start logging at a particular time and date (see the screen shot below). Select Program/Parameters and the dialog below will display. Check the box labelled Enable Start on Date and enter the date and time you wish to start logging.
• You can use the button on the logger to start and stop logging. Note that this feature needs to be enabled first by checking the boxes labelled Start with Button and/or Stop with Button. If you don't want the logger to be able to be started or stopped via the button leave these boxes unchecked.
  
  The button needs to be held down for around two seconds to start the logger. The red LED will flash four times to confirm the logger will start to take samples after the start delay period has expired.
  
  The button needs to be held down for around ten seconds to stop the logger. The red LED will flash four times to confirm the logger has stopped.
