It may not be possible for Temprecord to send the error report directly by email. The computer may not have access to the Internet, or the nature of the error may be such that Temprecord cannot send emails. If you receive an error message when Temprecord tries to send the error report, Temprecord asks that you save the report to a file instead and email the file to diagnostics@temprecord.com.
Temprecord will try to continue running after you have sent the error report to Temprecord, or clicked on the Continue button. If the error keeps reoccurring, try exiting and restarting Temprecord. If a serious error has occurred you might not be able to exit Temprecord at all. In this case you will need to start Windows Task Manager and use it to close the Temprecord program.
To force the closing of the Temprecord program with Windows Task Manager:
•start Windows Task Manager (hold the Ctrl and Shift keys down, and press the Esc key) •click on the Processes tab •find the process called trw.exe (you may need to scroll down to find it) •right-click the trw.exe process and select End Process from the pop-up menu. •Answer Yes to the warning message that displays.
