Send diagnostics report

If you have been experiencing problems with Temprecord operation, Temprecord may have requested that you send us a diagnostics report.  You can inspect the contents of this report or save a copy to a file before you send it.

 

Click on the Show Report button and the contents of the diagnostics report that will be sent will be displayed using Windows Notepad.

Click on the Save Report button to save the diagnostics report to a text file.

Click on the Send Report button to allow Temprecord to email the diagnostics report to Temprecord.

Click on the Cancel button to exit the diagnostics report window.

Click on the Exit Program button to exit the Temprecord program.

 

It may not be possible for Temprecord to send the diagnostics report directly by email.  The computer may not have access to the Internet, or the nature of the problems you are having may be such that  Temprecord cannot send emails.  If you receive an error message when Temprecord tries to send the diagnostics report, Temprecord asks that you save it to a file instead and email the file to diagnostics@temprecord.com.
