The Temprecord program is supplied free by Temprecord International Limited ("TIL").  You may not charge for the software.  You are free to distribute the software installation package to any other person or organization.  It must be supplied in it's unmodified complete form (generally a compressed file named trw-setup.zip).

You may not disassemble or reverse-engineer the Temprecord software or hardware.

The software is provided on an "as-is" basis. TIL does not warranty the software nor guarantee it's operation in all environments. TIL accepts no claim for damages incidental to the use of their software.
